Returns and Warranties
All parts are warranties to be free from manufacturing defect. All parts claimed to be defective must be returned prepaid freight for inspection with a written explanation of how they were installed and used. Liability is limited to the replacement of parts only and no claim for labor or damages will be accepted. Except for such replacement, no liability or warranty will be accepted for misuse, negligence or abuse causing damage, defect, injury or loss. All returns must have prior approval and authorization.
- Only defective parts or parts shipped in error by Mid States will be approved for a return.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of date fo purchase. Contact your sales representative for pre-approval and authorization.
- Within 48 hours of your call, a call tag will be issued on all authorized returns.
- The return will be inspected and all parts considered defective or shipped in error will be fully credited at purchase price. If we consider that the part is not defective or not in error by us, credit will be issued less a service charge of 20% of purchase price. If a credit is not in order, you will be notified with a full explanation.
- Special order items are non-returnable.
- All information concerning the return must be included as required by the terms of our warranty.
- Parts that are pre-packaged and sealed are NOT RETURNABLE once they are opened.
